This grand dame of our city is a cultural icon, and after a huge renovation, this active train station is being introduced as Richmond’s transit hub and hottest venue. Early in the process, Siddall led a research project to determine what the future of that space, and the area around it, should become. Research drove not only the brand, but also creative development. We created their brand positioning, website, ads, and buzz. In the first two weeks of the campaign, which was targeted to Richmond area residents and business leaders, our online ads received 24.6 million impressions and 74,543 clicks. On Facebook, we’ve seen an amazing 3.21% click-thru rate, as well as 1,102 reactions (hearts, likes), 224 shares and 443 new likes of the Main Street Station Facebook page coming directly from the ads.
