This talented creative is not only responsible for overseeing all creative that comes out of Siddall; she is also a hands-on art director/designer who captivates audiences through emotionally resonant communications. Amber believes doing good means taking action. Her journey to make change launched at Walt Disney World in communications, event execution and branding. She went on to launch a successful juice beverage line, then worked with the NCAA and Under Armour on events throughout the country. At Siddall, Amber adds magic to all of our ideas, creating everything from pop-up brand experiences to newsworthy activations.

Todd’s mission is to find ways to lift up communities through work that drives positive change. Throughout his career, he has focused on helping brands understand and amplify their value. Prior to VCU, Mary Ann served as an integral member of the Siddall team, working as Director of Account Service, Director of Project Management, and Director of Integration for our agency. One cause close to her heart: the Mind Your Meds safe opioids disposal effort, which she helped name and launch.
Stefanie Meyer
Community Manager
Stefanie brings her passion for storytelling, communications and digital marketing to the table every day to help clients achieve greatness. With deep experience in all things social media, Stefanie regularly updates communication resources as a community manager and has multifaceted experience in live production and A/V technology. Courtney Standerfer
Account Supervisor
A native Texan, Courtney is proud to work on a number of alternative transit accounts for Siddall that make the East Coast a more accessible and sustainable place to live. When she isn’t working, you can find her planning her next travel excursion, riding her bike, working in her community garden, baking, or donating time as a member of the marketing committee for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Richmond, a cause near and dear to her heart.
Mary Ando

An expert with team schedules, resource management and personal encouragement, this professional chainsaw juggler has shepherded creative communications for more than 20 years. Amy believes in the power of giving. She donates regularly to her local food bank, gives blood routinely, and helps fund animal rescue groups. She also gives her all at the agency, with a passion for media research, and planning and buying that gets the right messages delivered to the right audiences at the best price. Amy’s deep knowledge spans all media, from major broadcast campaigns to Google ad words and social media. Her passion can be seen in the success of clients like MADD Virginia and Vanpool Alliance.
Brandon Curtis

He’s the former Chief Marketing Officer of The New York Times’ social influence arm, HelloSociety. He founded the LA branch of Archrival, AdAge’s 2016 Small Agency of The Year. Cindy Villalta

Cindy joined our team to support our bi-lingual COVID-19 Latinx and award winning Gen Z COVID-19 campaigns – and since then, she has helped lead the internal creative process and managing communications for a number of clients. Fluent in Spanish, Cindy uses her experience in major ad agencies to make our work both effective and relevant. She also proves that small actions change lives, by volunteering with her church to support families in need.
Roberta McDonnell
Production Director
Roberta is our key to putting ideas into action for the greater good. As our Director of Production, she makes sure that every piece is created with the level of quality our clients deserve, while making the absolute most of every dollar. Her goal, as both a professional and a human being, is a zero waste world.
Dionne Kumpe
Account Director
With decades of experience in advertising, Dionne brings a combination of vision and boots-on-the-ground action to the Siddall team. Here, she helps us promote statewide health initiatives, boost participation in elections and increase awareness of emergency management. She has also served as a mentor to the next generation of marketers, volunteering with AMA Richmond and VCU Robertson School of Media & Culture.
Alma Quintero

From managing a campaign to raise funds to rebuild Puerto Rico to supporting vaccination efforts in Virginia’s fight against COVID-19, Alma Quintero is on a mission to do good. Alma began her career at a highly respected Hispanic communications agency in Texas. She joined us in 2020, bringing her calm and organized account management style and bi-lingual Spanish skills to many of our Spanish and English efforts. Today, her passion to serve can be seen in the management of a number of accounts here. She’s also involved in many mission activities within her church.
Natalie Shenk
Project Manager
Natalie’s drive to help others can be seen in all she does at Siddall. This rising star came to us after earning a B.A. in a major she actually created: Sociomedia. Here, she is a force in managing the smooth progress of project work for all accounts, using both her knowledge of the creative process and her stellar organizational skills. Her special causes include environmental cleanup efforts and mental health advocacy.
Cheyenne Boyd
Account Coordinator
Cheyenne may be a recent grad (magna cum laude!), but she has already impressed the advertising world. While at VCU, this super-achiever was chosen as the best strategic student in the Robertson School of Media and Culture. Cheyenne also won a Gold Rammie for “best insight,” and a Silver regional Addy. Here at Siddall, she puts her abounding positive energy into supporting our account team. And when she’s not helping us, she’s helping save animals through rescue volunteering and donation.

Bettina Roda
Controller
For decades, we’ve been a successful communications firm, committed to the greater good. And we’ve also been a successful business. We have Bettina to thank for a good part of that. Bettina first joined us in 1997 as Controller and HR Director. Decades later, she still handles everything from HR to payroll to cash management for our agency. Her passions include traveling the world, and recycling to keep it clean.
Marisa Gitchel
Operations Specialist
As a former investigative analyst working with CNN and national FBI operations, Marisa harnesses her tactical problem-solving skills to do good. Here at Siddall, she streamlines efforts to share communications tools, which has been vital in our public health work. Her experience spans federal, state, and local levels. She is also an active trainer in the Greater Richmond Trauma Informed Community Network and Virginia Resilience Week.
Carolyn McGeorge

Carolyn is so sweet that you might not realize she’s an internationally awarded art director. Her work has included breakthrough creative for clients like the Gettysburg Foundation, Colonial Williamsburg, Mercedes-Benz, Healthtex and Virginia Tourism. She’s judged advertising awards programs across the world – and the Miss Hickory contest in Chesapeake, VA. Among her causes: juvenile diabetes awareness.
Atlas
Director of Security
Atlas Marie was born and adopted in rural North Carolina, where she led a rather tough life. Today, she serves as our trusted protector, giving a hearty woof to agency visitors and an occasional side-eye to the UPS guy. We’re pretty sure she cares deeply about animal rescue organizations. And squirrels.
