Rocketts Landing: Promoting new urbanism in a historic city.

Set on the James River on the eastern edge of Richmond, Rocketts Landing is a testament to new urbanism: a bustling, walkable riverfront community that feels like its own city. We’ve been working with Rocketts since they were completely blue sky, helping this revitalized neighborhood sell out condos, townhomes and apartments in what was once an abandoned industrial brownfield.
