GRTC: Keeping all of Richmond in motion

GRTC and the City of Richmond recently rerouted the city’s bus system, which hadn’t been changed in 40 years. The overhaul included all new bus routes, new route names and numbers, new connection points and new ways to pay on the bus – and it was all designed to make public transit more accessible for the people who need it most. We helped with everything from naming the effort to conducting grassroots meetings to creating communications that helped our neighbors make it to work.
