We’ve worked with Rocketts Landing since its blue sky days in 2006. After a period of three years of inactivity (2014-2017), development in this urban riverfront community was in full swing again in 2017. Our online advertising generated 1 million impressions and 6,739 clicks to their website (and counting). We’re continuing the campaign into 2018 and the click-thru rates for Facebook and Google search have increased. But even more encouraging is the fact that the new phase of HHHunt townhomes nearly sold out in under a year, and they’re building another phase now. And renters have already been leasing apartments before they’re finished being built.
